HR ON THE SPOT:

 

    HR on the spot.  By working in partnership with you we enable you to focus on your core business issues by working on your behalf on your HR issues and needs.  We can be in your organisation one day a week, or as required

    Establish HR files (contracts of employment, background, education, salary etc.) - within data protection law

    Develop and implement HR strategy and policies.  When you introduce HR policies and strategy it gives your organisation the opportunity to offer a full and consistent approach to manage your staff.  You will also discover they help you to keep a more formal and consistent approach to meet the business goals.  We will work together with you to develop, write and introduce policies and procedures that work with your business and your long-term strategy.

    Ensure the employment laws are met and advice on following laws.  The law is constantly changing with new legislation being introduced and updated on a regular basis.  Needless to say the consequences of failing to follow employment law can be very costly for a business.  The area of employment law does not need to be a minefield; with regular advice and guidance, we can help you avoid problems and issues.

    Identify issues/project/objectives for the management team and give procedures and guidelines to sort them out.  Organisational performance is a key component of your business strategies.  The need is to ensure that both your internal procedures are effective and the individuals are willing as well as able to perform to expected levels.

     We help the organisation to answer three basic questions:
-    Are we achieving our objectives as effectively as we could?
-    Are we achieving them as quickly as we could?
-    Are we achieving them as fairly as we could?

     We quantify the answers, evaluate them and find guidelines to what has to happen in practice.

ASSESSMENT:

 

Assessments are used to measure strengths and current limitation against objective criteria.  A variety of questions, psychometric test and different cases are used to produce an objective and rounded view of the individual.  Every assessment will end with a written report and be discussed with the people involved.

 

    Assessment and recruiting, the assessments are developed in partnership with the client, to make the cases as close to a normal workday as possible, to ascertain internal and external candidates suitability and aptitude for the position.

    Assessment within the organisation, when you have an assessment with the people from your organisation it will:
